High-end luxury watch and clock manufacturer from Switzerland, Jaeger-LeCoultre has decided to offer an authentic, original souvenir – Honey from the Vallée de Joux.
From now on, every visitor to the Manufacture will have the opportunity to taste the “Honey from the Manufacture Jaeger-LeCoulter”. Since July, ten hives were newly-installed in front of the entrance of the Grand Watchmaking House, or Grande Maison in French.
The Grande Maison decided to start its own production of the best quality honey with respecting biodiversity. Therefore, Jaeger-LeCoultre called upon Franck Crozet, a professional bee keeper, to install and maintain the ten hives.
Jaeger-LeCoultre hopes to make visitors from all over the world, aware of their commitment to preserving the environment, as bees play a key role in nature by transporting pollen from flowers, that eventually contribute to the reproduction of plants.
