The school holidays are here and if you have school going children at home, it must be pretty hectic as they will surely enough be bugging you to take them somewhere before the school reopens.
If you have ran out of ideas, then here is a place which you could probably take your kids to. The National Science Centre (Pusat Sains Negara) is currently having a three month long exhibition entitle Dinosaurs Live.
What is it about?
The exhibition which kicked of in May 2012 will be featuring 30 life sized dinosaurs which used to exist 65 to 250 million years ago. Among the different type of dinosaurs which you would be able to see would be the T-Rex, Stegosaurus, Triceratops, Velociraptors and many more.
If you have only seen miniature dinosaurs all this while, do not worry as this time you would not be disappointed. Surrounded by different coloured lights and different sound effects, you would be able to explore the natural habitat of these dinosaurs and get the exact feeling of being next to a real one except that this one would not eat you alive. The dinosaurs here are 5 metres tall, 13 metres wide and the whole concept of this exhibition was created based on the thorough research which was conducted by various scientist on Dinosaurs.
