I’m currently still using the Level 2 sheath and while it was more challenging for me in the early two to three weeks, I’ve gotten used to the exercise and can now go according to the rhythm. I realize I work better without the Sound Guidance component and preferred to mentally count instead. I used to suffer from minor bouts of incontinence everytime I sneezed or coughed (I used to have long term coughs as a child) but I’ve noticed that while the problem has not disappeared completely, it doesn’t happen as frequent anymore and that itself has made me more determined to keep up with the exercises!
