Redesigned for both men and women, the app can adjust to your varying needs and goals, curating a customized workout for every user. The new app features over 100 new workouts designed by Nike trainers, based on science and inspired by the some of the world’s best athletes.
The most impressive feature on the app is the adaptive training, which can adjust to your individual progress and busy schedule. Even if you miss a training session, the app will automatically re-adjust the rest of the training plan to accommodate for missing that particular session.
Apart from that, you can also input the level of difficulty after every training session, and your following workouts will be based on the feedback the app gets from you.
