In collaboration with Mattel Southeast Asia, Thomas Town Puteri Harbour kicks off the first ever Mini and Mighty Malaysia Tour at 1 Utama Shopping Centre with the unveiling of 70 one-metre-tall Thomas & Friends MINIS engines.
Kids will be allowed to stand next to the replicated engines from the Thomas & Friends television series, including Thomas, Percy, James, Gordon and more. The collection will be on display at 1 Utama Shopping Centre from 6 to 24 April 2016.
Until the 10th of April, visitors can immerse themselves in the world of Thomas at the Mini and Mighty launch party at 1 Utama Shopping Centre. Set against the backdrop of the fictional island of Sodor, the event will feature family-friendly activities like Meet-and-Greet sessions, and Story-telling Adventures.
Charming young boys and girls since 1945, the story of Thomas & Friends has been capturing hearts everywhere and through this unique engagement, everyone will be able to fully experience the appeal of this television series.
The Mini and Mighty Malaysia Tour 2016 marks the first and largest Thomas MINIS engine display showcase in Southeast Asia. In December 2016, the Tour will make its final stop at the Tomas & Friends family themed attraction, Thomas Town, Puteri Harbour, after making stops at other landmarks.
