If this really works out, Twitter is about to change forever.
Rumours are currently surfacing that the social networking platform is testing out a new version to expand its traditional 140-character limit to a whopping 10,000. That’s like… A 24,900% increase!
It is reported on several platforms that Twitter would expand each tweet with a click to reveal the full text. Imagine; you could now write essays on there. It will open a whole new world of possibilities.
The thing is, in an era where other social media platforms like Instagram, Tumblr and Facebook are evidently flourishing, will this step be a little too late for Twitter?
