Yay! Instagram just updated their Android and iOS app so that we can share our photos and videos in both portrait and landscape orientation. The iconic square frame will still remain as the default mode but now, you can tap the format icon to adjust which orientation you prefer.
Your Instagram photos will no longer have any dead spaces nor will you have to choose between your fabulous hair or your spanking new shoes to show off!
The exciting news also comes with unified filters for photos and videos. Instagram has made videos widescreen so that your followers get a view more cinematic than ever. That’s not all! You can also adjust the intensity of filters on videos too. 😀
