We’re fired up! Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Zac Efron will be hitting the beach in some red speedos for the upcoming Baywatch reboot and we’re pretty sure they’ll be looking mighty fine. The production for the expected R-rated comedy will start in the beginning of 2016 with the director of Horrible Bosses’, Seth Gordon. In short, for two hours these two hunks, with their chiseled bods, will be on the big screen running slo-mo on the beach. Who’s complaining?
The news was confirmed on Dwayne’s Twitter page with a string of tweets and retweets:
On Baywatch, Dwayne will be a serious by-the-book lifeguard who is forced to team up with Zac, a rule-breaking newcomer, when their beloved beach is about to be destroyed by a nefarious oil tycoon. It is not yet confirmed if any of the original cast like David Hasselhoff or Pamela Anderson will reprise their roles.
