Monki is happy to present its latest design collaboration with London based artist and illustrator, Lynnie Zulu for Summer 2015!
Rising star Zulu, London based artist and illustrator, has designed a line of vibrant prints and patterns in perfect keeping with the brand’s mix of happy chic and fashionably cool aesthetics. And its love of illustration! Inspired by the upbringing of her mother in Tanzania, the prints are full of colorful brushstrokes, tropical fruits, sunshine and mysterious portraits. They grace a collection of easy breezy garments meant for a day at the beach or a hot n’ lazy summer’s day in the city.
The collection features everything from all-over printed slip dresses, a classic Monki jumpsuit and singlets to accessories like purses and bags that will bring the words fun and fashionable to next level. Key fashion looks include a pleated midi, a fun 90’s bustier and an off-the shoulder baby doll dress.
In conjunction with the collection release, a Monki favourite is back in stores. The Smile campaign gives all customers a 10% discount just for smiling at the store staff from 25 May to 31 May!
