Do you feel that whenever you bring home a plant and even after regular watering, it still dies? Perhaps it’s not your fault and it may be that the space you’re living in just doesn’t get enough sunlight to nourish the plant.

It’s not the easiest thing to keep a plant indoors with minimal lighting coming through, but if you choose the right one and one that will grow in the dark, the chances of your plant living a long life is very likely. So, the next time you want to get something green for the inside of your home, try one of these easy-to-maintain plants:

Maidenhair Fern
These plants are an awesome option to go for because they leaves that are fun and frilly compared to the usual thick leaves that you see on indoor plants. Most ferns do okay with very little light and they also look great in terrariums, which if placed in the right spot, will instantly give the room in your home a lift.

Moss Terrarium
If you really don’t get a lot of sunlight at all in your home but still wanna add some green into your decor, then consider making a terrarium of moss. It needs very little light and usually placing it by the window will help it thrive. There are plenty of kits out there to help you get started.
