During the On The Run show in Paris on Friday, September 12, Jay Z sparked brand new buzz that Beyoncé is pregnant with their second child when he changed the lyrics to a song. The rapper, 44, made the possible announcement while performing his hit song “Beach Is Better,” by rapping, “Cause she pregnant with another one.”
