A recent video of a teen swinging a puppy in the air and slamming it on the ground several times has gone viral. According to the latest updates, the teen lives in Seremban, the capital city of the Negeri Sembilan in Malaysia.
The video has sparked outrage amongst Malaysian netizens, with many calling for him to be arrested or be subjected to legal action. According to the present Animal Act 1953, animal abusers face a fine of RM200, or 6 months in prison, or both.
We couldn’t get ourselves to watch the entire 50-second video as it is way too sad and disturbing.

The 15-year-old teen that has abused the puppy to death in the video above has been arrested and will be taken to court soon, according to a Facebook posting by Deejay Nesh. According to the posting, a Facebook user, Puspa Rani, along with two other people, lodged a police report at the Subang USJ police station after Puspa Rani managed to obtain the teen’s house address and aunty’s phone number. He is currently on police bail and will appear in court within 14 days. The teen will be subjected to a fine of RM200, 6 months in prison, or both, according to the Animal Act 1953.
