Dulux, manufactured by Akzonobel, took the time to treat their media friends to a delicious and hearty Raya lunch at the Tropicana Golf and Country Club to express their appreciation for making Dulux as one of the leading paints and coatings company in the country.

In conjunction with the current Hari Raya festivities, Dulux decided to show their respects by organizing a luncheon that would bring distinguished members of the press together. Much like the past year’s Buka Puasa event, Dulux threw one that was similar with its mission to ‘Add Colour to People’s Lives’ as its main initiative.

One of the main events of the luncheon was a talk by Evelyn Leong, a renowned colour therapist and author of the book ‘Colourworkz For You.’ She was present to share her opinions on colour therapy with members of the media and the benefits that colours can bring into our lives.

With experience and work in various local and international media, Evelyn was able to spread her immensely beneficial knowledge to those who were present at the event.
About colours, Evelyn said, “By enhancing our awareness on the power of colour and its effect on our moods, emotions and even performance, we can learn to use colour to make positive changes in our lives. Exploring colour is a non-invasive way of discovering yourself. Get to know what colour can do for you and it can change your life. It will help us understand our needs for certain colours, promote personal growth, self-esteem, career success, creative inspiration, stress release and re-build our health.”

Also present at the luncheon were Ning Baizura, Adilah Shakir, better known as Dilly and Jason Desmond Chin, better known as JD. Fun activities were also held for members of the media to get involved in and it was yet another successful luncheon held by the Dulux group.
