Swedish clothing brand, Monki continues its fun and playful streak in their Autumn Winter 2014 collection. This season’s collection is named Urban by Design, where each garment is inspired by the urban life and the girls who live it.
Textured fabrics, new silhouettes, matching separates and original Monki prints are all key elements of this collection. Whether it’s a printed kimono cardigan or textured wool sweater, one thing’s for sure, these pieces will add a dash of character to your entire look.
According to Monki’s Design and Buying Manager, Sofia Wallin, “Monki had always looked to the streets for inspiration, this year we’re just giving it an update with slicker styling, new materials and key pieces that together, create a powerful fashion story.”

1. Opulent
Think baroque prints are too ostentatious to pull off? This stylish ankle length dress has a rich colour palette and whether you choose to style it up with some ankle strap heels or dress it down with some biker boots, this is a great statement piece.

We’d like to think of this as a modern interpretation of porcelain prints. This glass-like motif trouser is ultra stylish and perfect for both work and play!
