There is nothing better than an awesome broth of steaming goodness, especially on a cold rainy day!

I  personally am a steamboat fanatic! There’s just something about a hot-pot that is just oh-so-addictive. Maybe it’s the broth that is kept simmering while you drop in raw meat, seafood and vegetables, accompanied by a variety of sauces to dip in. Or it could just be the selection of broth to choose from whether it’s a simple clear chicken soup, tom yum, seaweed wine soup, sweet pumpkin or thick hearty porridge soup. Let’s just get to it shall we?
