Sunsilk understands that the state of a woman’s hair is directly linked to her level of confidence, whether she wears a hijab or not. For the past 15 years, Sunsilk Lively Clean & Fresh has been walking hand-in-hand with women in hijab and this year, Sunsilk is inviting them to share with the world their personal hijab journey.
This year, in celebration of women in hijab, Sunsilk is honouring their untold stories of hardships, aspirations and dreams, by focusing on their true personalities as well as inspiring them to share their stories with confidence.
The brand also unveiled its new ambassador, Heliza Helmi, who represents one of the many women in hijab whose lives were touched by Sunsilk. During the event at The Westin Kuala Lumpur on the 2nd July 2014, Heliza shared with the audience the challenges she had faced and how she has achieved all that she has today. She also shared about how much she loves Sunsilk and all the amazing things Sunsilk has done for her.

The digital campaign this year, Sunsilk Menemanimu Sejak Tahun 2000, invites women in hijab who have used Sunsilk to share their stories and memories of using Sunsilk on the brand’s Facebook page. The grand prize winner will be awarded with a cash prize of RM20,000 to achieve her aspirations, and she will also be given the opportunity to share her inspiring story as a woman in hijab with the world!
To join the contest, all you have to do is:
1. Purchase RM15 worth of Sunsilk products from the Lively Clean & Fresh range.
2. Share the story of your personal hijab journey with Sunsilk on the campaign app found on the Sunsilk Malaysia Facebook page.
