The body of a man was found hanging from a bridge near Kampung Kenangan, Puchong on Thursday night.
The deceased, who is believed to be in his 20s was found by a man who was fishing nearby. A spokesman of the Subang Jaya Fire and Rescue station said they got a call informing them about the body at about 8.00pm last night.
“We arrived several minutes later and spent about an hour and a half trying to bring the body down. The body was about 40 to 50 feet dangling above the water,” said the spokesman.
He added that the man is believed to have just died at the time of the discovery.
“Judging from the condition of his body, the man might have died less than two hours,” he said.
The body has been sent to Serdang Hospital for post-mortem.
