Best known for his revamp of Dining in the Dark at Changkat, Chef Nigel is one of the Keep Walking ambassadors for Johnnie Walker®. Holding an international story of progress, he inspires and reminds Malaysians that they do not need to look too far for opportunities to pursue their dreams. Chef Nigel, originally from Canada made difficult decisions and choices in relocating to Malaysia but he is not looking back.
Now on an ambition to better promote locally grown and cultivated produce as part of his passion for fine dining, he makes a perfect Keep Walking ambassador as he inspires us, Malaysians, to take notice of what is in our very own backyards and to be bold enough to carve out our own paths.

First course: Tiger Prawn Tempura & Dungeness Crab Maki
This fresh and filling dish is paired with the rich flavours of Johnnie Walker® Black Label™ making it a masterpiece of depth and complexity.
Second course: Spiced Oxtail Cappuccino
Somewhat spicy, this light stew is the perfect dish that can be paired with the Johnnie Walker® Gold Label Reserve as it brings out the whisky’s smooth balance of luscious fruits and deep honey tones.
Third course: Smoked Cheesecake
The perfect end to the delicious three course meal, this smoked cheesecake paired with the uniquely rich, smoky and creamy vanilla flavours of Johnnie Walker® Double Black™ was pure bliss.
