Wayne Bryson, 19, who filmed himself having sex with his girlfriend’s dog has avoided jail after a court heard “it was 30 seconds of madness.”
He was arrested after his shocked girlfriend found a clip on his mobile phone of him having sex with her four-year-old Staffordshire bull terrier named Rudi.
She was looking for some pictures of their kid on his old phone when she found the disturbing footage and contacted the police.
Prosecuting solicitor Paul Woods said: “The dog was shaking in a back and forwards motion. She could see a man’s penis going in and out of the animal. The clip was about 30 seconds long.”
Gordon Holt, defending, said the teen’s entire life had been “swept away” by the stupid act.
“The consequences are extensive and will continue to blight his life. His family have disowned him and his girlfriend has ended their relationship,” he said.
“He was interviewed about the offence and he admitted he had penetrated the vagina of the dog and that he had videoed it on his phone. He said it lasted 30 seconds and that he did not ejaculate.”
Bryson was given a four-month prison sentence, suspended for two years, and put on the sex offenders’ register for seven years after pleading guilty to engaging in an “act of sexual penetration” with a dog.
He also admitted another charge of possessing 315 grammes of a cannabis bush.
During the hearing, one man shouted from the public gallery, “He is a beast, a dog has got no voice.”
