Now, you can finally get alerts when someone deletes you off their friends list on Facebook!
Unfriend Notify is a free extension available for both Chrome and Firefox browsers and it alerts you when someone has unfriended you on the popular social media site.
Without an extension such as Unfriend Notify, there isn’t a clear cut method to discovering who has deleted you off their Facebook friends list. You can either browse through your Facebook friends list and try to figure out who has deleted you, or you could search for someone specifically if you suspect that they have deleted you. Well, ain’t nobody got time for that.
By installing the Unfriend Notify extension, you’ll find a “Lost Friends” link placed at the top of your friends list. By clicking on that, you’ll see a number indicating how many people have recently unfriended you and who those people are.
When Chrome or Firefox is running and the extension discovers that you’ve lost a friend, it will even display an alert, letting you know of the oh-so-tragic event.
The extension is free, and it will also start working instantly once installed. Unfortunately, the extension doesn’t tell you who has unfriended you prior to installing it. But, oh well, you win some, you lose some.
