In conjunction with the Malaysian premiere of The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug, Burger King Malaysia has just launched the latest addition to their Blockbuster Meal – the Angry Dragon Meals.
Topped with fiery Angry Onions which are onion strips coated in spicy batter and fried crisp, these onions offer a wonderful crunch to the fire-grilled patty slathered with lip-smacking Honey Mustard Sauce. Water down the fiery bite with a frosty Sjora Mango Inferno, a refreshing blend of Sjora Mango Juice and Sprite.
The new meals are themed after the fearsome dragon, Smaug which roams Lonely Mountain, once the stronghold of the dwarves in the epic second part of The Hobbit trilogy. To add on to the epic experience at Burger King, with any meal purchase, customers will be able to purchase a Magical Heat Changing Mug in Hobbit-themes priced at RM 6.90 each.
The mug which is black in design magically changes into one of the four Hobbit-themed designs when a hot beverage is poured in. You won’t need Gandalf this time to weave his magic to transform the mugs into images of Legolas, Gandalf, Bilbo BagginS and a Map of Middle Earth. This is certainly an exciting collectible for The Hobbit fans. Once the beverage cools down, the image will fade away and revert to its original background.
The Burger King Angry Dragon Meals comes with a choice of beef or chicken burger, medium-sized fries and a Sjora Mango Inferno at RM13.95.
