Are you ready for the adidas King of the Road (KOTR) Run happening this coming Sunday? It will take place on a 16.8KM and 10KM stretch across New Pantai Highway (NPE) all the way to Sunway Pyramid Shopping Centre.
To ensure a smooth and safe run for the participants, adidas Malaysia and New Pantai Highway (NPE) will be working closely with the Malaysian Highway Authority (MHA) and Royal Malaysia Police Force (PDRM) from Petaling Jaya, Subang and Kuala Lumpur districts to close off about 50 junctions. Starting from KM0.3 of NPE Highway at Subang Jaya towards Pantai Dalam will be closed to motorists in both directions. The NPE Highway traffic closures begin from 3:00am and will be fully restored by 11:00am on Sunday morning, 20th October.
“Alternative routes have been planned for the traffic diversions to facilitate the mobility of the local communities along the NPE Highway. We are working closely with the highway concessionaire and joint-sponsor, as well as with the support from Malaysian Highway Authority (MHA) and the Traffic Division of the Royal Malaysia Police Force (PDRM) to ensure smooth traffic flow,” stated adidas Malaysia.
