Most of us will turn to our friends when we need motivation, and adidas recently revealed a key insight that girls in Southeast Asia rely on their peers to be a source of strength and inspiration for each other. This revelation led to ‘all in for #mygirls’, adidas’ first ever regional campaign for women that celebrates the bonds shared between female friends.
Five local ambassadors across Southeast Asia were chosen for ‘all in for #mygirls’: Fay Hokulani (representing Malaysia and Singapore), Ana Karylle Padilla Tatlonghari (Philippines), Si Phitsinee Tanwiboon (Thailand), and Nguyen Thi Kim Dung (Vietnam). These personalities will share their experiences, sporting passions and personal motivations on one social platform.
The #mygirls campaign coincides with the release of the adidas Fall/Winter 2013 women’s training collection, in which the first phase centers around a passion for dance. The photoshoot is upbeat and unique, capturing the energy of dance lovers and features stylish fitness apparel such as the techfit, Climalite and Yoga apparel, paired with adiPURE and Climacool footwear.
