The Ultimate Nutella Pizza
1 Frozen 9″ Thin Pizza Crust
1/4 cup Nutella
2 tbsp white chocolate chunks/chips
2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
1 tbsp orange zest
1 tsp melted butter
First, take out your pizza crust and spread a layer of butter over it, and prick the dough with a fork. Let it bake in the oven until cooked, and when it’s done – start by spreading Nutella over your pizza. Then sprinkle the chocolate chips over it, and sprinkle some orange zest on top. Then, put it in the oven for another two minutes until all the chocolate melts.
Grilled Banana and Nutella Panini
1 banana
2 slices of bread
1 tbsp of Nutella
2 tbsp of unsalted butter
1 tsp of powdered sugar
First, spread Nutella over each slice of bread. Then cut bananas up into thin slices and place them over the layer of Nutella, and bring the two slices together to form a sandwich. Then, over a warm non-stick pan, melt a stick of butter until it heats up, and place the sandwich on the pan, letting it pan-fry. Flip sides until it turns golden brown. Then, place the sandwich on the plate, and pat a kitchen towelette over it to absorb any leftover grease. Sprinkle some powdered sugar over it, and serve warm.
Nutella Crispy Treats
1/2 cup Nutella
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup peanut butter
5 cups crispy rice cereal
Combine peanut butter, honey and Nutella in a bowl and microwave it until it turns creamy. When it does mix well and add brown rice cereal into the mixture and stir until the rice starts to stick together. Then, mould them into little balls, place them on the tray. Cover the tray with a sheet of aluminum foil or cling wrap, and place in the freezer for 60 minutes. You can transfer them into a different container after.
Nutella Cheesecake Ice Cream
1/2 cup Nutella
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup of rich vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup of cream cheese cubes
In a metal bowl, mix semi-soft ice cream with Nutella and peanut butter with a spatula until it all combines nicely. Then throw in the chunks of cream cheese and mix it up again. Then transfer the ice cream into separate containers and let it freeze overnight. You can also use actual chunks of cheese cake if you prefer.
Flourless Nutella Cookies
1 egg
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp full cream milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup Nutella
3/4 cup gluten-free oats
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Combine all dry ingredients into a medium-sized bowl and mix well. Then combine milk and egg slowly, mixing it until there are no clumps found in the cookie dough. On a baking tray, place sheet of baking paper and use a tablespoon to pick up the dough and place it on the tray, leaving about an inch of space between each cookie.
Bake it in a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes, or when cookies start to turn brown.
Nutella Pudding
2 1/4 cups of milk
1/4 cup of Nutella
1 tsp of sugar
3 tbsp cornflour
1 pinch of salt
In a heavy bowl, stir 1/4 cup of milk and cornflour and set aside. On a sauce pan, whisk up remaining cups of milk, Nutella, sugar, and salt. Once the Nutella has melted into the milk and the sweetness is to your satisfaction, combine the milk and cornflour combination and whisk constantly until there are no more lumps. Then, keep stirring until the consistency is completely thick for three to five minutes. Pour the mixture into separate cups or bowls, let it cool, and then refrigerate for 2 hours or more. You can also choose to serve it warm.
Nutella Fudge Cubes
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup of Nutella
1/2 cup of chocolate chips
1/4 cup of butter, cubed
In a sauce, stir together condensed milk, vanilla, chocolate chips, butter and Nutella over low heat until everything melts together and becomes smooth. Then, transfer mixture into a pan that’s been greased with butter, then refrigerate until its firm. It could take hours, so be patient. When it’s turned solid, cut the fudge into little squares with a knife, and transfer into an airtight container. Enjoy it on its own, or as a topping for your other desserts.
