Marriage is not all romance and candle-light dinners. A 30-year old nurse recently reported against her husband for allegedly sodomizing her in their home in Bukit Mertajam.
The woman said that it wasn’t the first time her husband had sodomized her, but the third time already.
Her husband, a 30-year old factory worker has already been detained by the police. The nurse’s case is already being investigated under Section 377 [C] of the Penal Code, which carries a jail term of between five to 20 years, and whipping for committing carnal intercourse against the order of nature.
According to the police, the nurse has complained of having pain and difficulties in passing motion since the incident.
“We have sent the woman for a check-up and it was confirmed that there was fresh tear on her anus. We have also sent a forensic team to gather evidence in the house,” said a police spokesman. [Source]
