8 Ways to Burn 200 Calories Without Burning Out

20 minutes of exercise a day has proven to be better than no exercise at all, and best of all it helps improve your metabolism. But with our busy schedules, we have no time to hit the gym or take stroll to the park after work. Here are seven ways you can burn 200 calories without even realizing it. What’s great is that you can also incorporate these activities in your weekly routines!

1. Dance for 30 minutes straight
You don’t need to sprint a whole mile to torch 200 calories. Just make a 40-minute mix of your favorite jams and dance for 40 minute straight. Don’t forget to warm up and rehydrate.

2. Spring-cleaning
If you think your house is in need of a spruce, wear your comfortable clothes and tie your hair up because it’s time to start sorting your place up. Whether it’s going through your old things and sorting our boxes, all of this can help you shed 200 calories in a few hours without realizing it.

3. Do Yoga
Yoga is a fantastic form of exercise that not only helps you lose weight, but it allows your body to relax and strengthen itself  without the burnout. In fact, you’ll feel a lot more energetic and relaxed. However, it also depends on the kind of yoga you do. The more challenging it is, the more you’ll burn.

4. Go {Window} Shopping
Every girl wants to hear it – you can lose weight when you go shopping. The bigger the mall, the better! Put on your comfortable ballet flats and wear something comfortable and spend about 2 to 3 hours in the mall taking a stroll, and try out a bunch of clothes in every mall. All that effort will eventually pay off!

5. Go Swimming
If you enjoy spending time in the pool, you’ll be happy to know that swimming laps for 20 minutes can help you lose up to 200 calories. You’ll also be toning your abdominals, glutes, and shoulders, while strengthening your back! So get a good swimming suit and start swimming!

6. Beautify Your Garden
Make your yard happy by uprooting those pesky weeds for a good thirty minutes, and then start planting some new seedlings to grow some flowers. Getting on your hands and feet to spruce up your garden can do wonders to your landscape, and your body too.

7. Bake Some Treats
If you enjoy eating treats like cookies and cakes, learn to make your own while burning a few calories! The entire process of baking, from preparing ingredients all the way to the cleaning can guarantee a workout already.

8. Jump!
Jumping jacks are extremely easy to do and you can burn 200 calories by doing up to 300 jumps. Best would be to give yourself 30 minutes and jump continuously. Put on your favorite TV show to pass the time, and before you know it, you’ve lost a good amount of calories.
