What Should I Eat For Bigger Breasts?

Millions of women throughout the world yearn for a larger cup size, and we mean the chest department. The size of your breasts are generally determined by the bone structure of your body, genetics and level of hormones your body releases. But eating a certain number of foods in general can help increase your bust size. The breasts are made up of fat tissues, and while eating can help increase your bust size, this also affects your body too, which you can see why most fuller-sized women have bigger breasts.

However, there are a couple of foods you should add to your diet if you’d like to increase your cup size. Here are six of the most common foods that might grant you a pair of bigger shelves!

Chicken
Most of the chicken supply throughout the world are commercially raised and are injected with estrogen to help the chicken grow bigger, while being able to produce more eggs. Estrogen directly governs the size and shape of the breast tissue, and that happens when the estrogen injected in the chicken will transfer to your body. However with that said, consuming too much estrogen will also cause your body to gain more weight, so consume chicken meat moderately. (Source)

Milk
Milk is full of nutrition that’s both good for your bones and even your breasts too. However, drinking too much cause weight gain, not just around the breasts, but overall. Stick to low fat milk, and just stick to the recommended dose for your daily calcium needs.

Soy
Soybeans contain estrogen-like compounds known as isoflavones, that theoretically stimulates the growth of new breast tissue. However, isoflavones are more present in minimally-processed soy products like tofu and edamame. (Source)

Healthy Fats
As mentioned, the breast is made up of fat tissues, and to help distribute the right fats all over your body is to choose the healthier forms of fats like monounsaturated fats. Olive oil, avocados, sesame seed and fatty fish are the many examples. More foods with healthy fats.

Herbs
Traditional herbs are seen to have great properties, and considering that it’s been trusted for the centuries. There are a few herbs that seem to effect the breasts like fenugreek, contains compounds that increase healthy breast tissues, increasing the breast size and promoting milk production in new mothers. Papaya
Papayas have also been known to promote breast size. Fruits and vegetables in general are known to regulate the testosterone level in your body, and can potentially increase the size of your breasts due to its high fiber content. There’s a common myth where drinking papaya milk will help your breasts grow bigger, however scientific proof has yet to be found. However, we definitely approve of adding more fruits and vegetables to your daily diet, whether or not it increases your cup size. (Source)
