Being almost the exact replica of Nicki, the fragrance is named “Pink Friday” and it matches the rapper’s “Pink Friday Tour” which officially ended yesterday.

While many of her fans are still waiting for her confirmation if she would be one of the judges for the next season of American Idol, Minaj decided to surprise everyone with her new fragrance which is expected to hit the markets sometime in September.
According to the Huffingtonpost, the scent is packaged in a bottle which is a miniature Minaj dipped in gold, sporting her signature pink hair and sexy white bustier. She certainly did not forget the bling when she came up with this as even the bottle has a chain draped around the bottles neck. She also claimed that “Pink Friday” smelled exactly like “angels playing.”

The past week has been pretty tough for Minaj has she faced various criticism for cancelling her gigs in Dublin and at the V festival. According to The Guardian, she almost lost her voice and needed a surgery on her vocal cord. However when she tweeted about the cancelation of her performance, she was surprised that some of her fans did not have any form of sympathy towards her. In return, Minaj responded to her fans on Twitter with a series of harsh tweets to the extent she even said that “like people are telling me that I should have mimed”(source).
