Over the weekend, DIESEL presented the DIESEL Fuel for Style road show which was held at Berjaya Times Square. The nationwide road show featured a sensational fashion show and various high-energy performances to showcase the cutting-edge street style for which the brand is known for.
The apparel’s ranged from fashion accessories for both men and women and the road show. One of the highlight of the evening during the launch was the ‘DIESEL Pimp My Jeans Contest’ fashion show which featured designs from different colleges and universities. The main objective of this contest was to nurture the creativity of young minds and to provide a platform for future trendsetter’s to turn challenges into opportunities.
According to Sean Patt, the Head of Retail, DIESEL Marketing Sdn Bhd, “the nationwide road show is a part of our efforts in re-energising the DIESEL brand. We are always on the lookout for the latest trends and styles. This event is our way of connecting arts, music and extreme sports with fashion and how these elements influence our brands.”
Also present at this launch were hip local DJs, Monkey and FuNKzU of MKFZ (MonkeyFuNKzU). The Amber Chia Academy, Miko Hair Studio & Academy and Energizer Malaysia were among the other brands which partnered with DIESEL for this road show.
