Jennifer Lopez is a woman that has been around for as long as we can remeber. Bringing us hit songs that we all love, she is a woman who has tried it all. From singing, acting, designing and judging (on the past seasons of American Idol).. she’s even a mother of twins! It seems like she never ages either! Maybe it’s her latina blood? If only we knew her secret!
Either way, this chart topping artist has not only given us the perfect dance tunes, but she has also showed us that style never ages! We’re looking at her looks through day, from way back in the year 2000 all the way to what it has become now!

Who could ever forget the dress that made her popularity shoot through the sky? In 2000, J.Lo wore this Versace design – forgetting to wear a bra, or the actually dress – she bared it all for the world to see. It was her confidence that made it all work. Don’t you think so?
In 2002, she brought on the ‘big’ hair. We don’t know what got into her – but hey, arm accessory made it work.. well, at least it disctracted us from that hair.
In 2004, J.Lo showed us that she’s still ‘Jenny from the block’ in this cool look. Who are we kidding?! This was a horrible get-up. We hope we never see it again. We know it was a ‘Kids Choice Awards’ but there was no need to go to the event dressed up like a 5-year-old kid… right?
But in 2006, she did justice to all her off-fashion moments. Wearing this emerald green dress and showing off those curves. What’s not to love?
From 2007 to 2008, it seemed like soft pink was her colour. Whether it was flowing or body hugging – J.Lo always knows how to accessorise it the right way.
In 2009, it looks like Ms. Lopez was trying to bring back her look from 2000 but this time in gold. But hey, if a woman in late 30’s can pull this off, then we salute her! Again in 2010, she brings out a gold and sexy dress! After all, ‘Don’t be fooled by the rocks that she got, she’s still Jenny from the block’ or at least that’s what she sang.
We can say that 2011, is when things moved up fast for Jennifer Lopez. With a high profile divorce with long time beau, Marc Anthony and moving to the judging table of ‘American Idol’, she showed us that nothing stops her!
Showing off all kinds of fashion glitz, we always looked forward to checking out what she wore to all kinds of red carpet events. In fact, what she wore on the set of ‘American Idol’ also impressed us! In 2012, she continued her stream on ‘American Idol’ and she also snagged herself a role in the movie ‘What to Expect When Your Expecting’. At the premiere she showed off her new boy toy, Casper Smart.
Looking at her style through time, we are so glad she has let go of that ‘hip-hop’ style she once had and has now turned to jaw dropping gowns and elegant jewels.
