Then choosing a gym would be a better option as you would feel motivated to reach your goal when you see everyone else exercising. Although it is quite common for you to see people exercising in a park, but the type of motivation which you could get at a gym would be more intense.

After 30 years, you have finally decided to exercise and you do not know where to start. You have tried asking your friends to help you out and you have also tried reading up about different types of exercises and its benefits but nothing seems to be working.
