4. Plan before hand.
Think of possible places you can eat at that has healthy options. If your going to a mall with your friends, plan out what places would have the right foods. At least that way, you are aware before you step into a big puddle of mistakes.
5. Go H2O!
Avoid any sugary drinks because those are made of calories! You should always try to opt for water or tea (unsweetened ofcourse). And well, your body never has enough water – so get drinking!
6. Keep the fridge full
Fill the fridge with anything and everything healthy. Leave no temptations. Salads, Yougurt, fruits, vegetables, cereal – make sure you stock up on the right things.7. Green Tea Sips
Drink green-tea as often and as much as you can. Ofcourse, balance it out with some water. Not only is green tea full of the good anti-oxidants, but it also hydrates you a little more then water. And, it tastes good.
8. Plan beforehand
List out the possible meals you could make with the food stored in your fridge. It saves time, and it stops you from eating unnecessary snacks.
