“I am pregnant and the only thing I feel like doing is sitting at home and watching TV and getting a wonderful feet massage from my hubby when he returns home after work. I am just too tired to do anything,” said Geogina.

Does this sound familiar? If you are pregnant, then it would certainly sound familiar.

Many pregnant women go through a hard time during their pregnancy especially if they are working women who can’t get their bosses to understand the reason they end up coming late to work everyday.

At the same time if you were to ask any mother few years down the road, they would give you this exact same answer “Yes it was hard but I have no regrets at all.”

Here is a simple trick that would make you feel better if you are pregnant. Try exercising.

It is important for pregnant women to exercise . It doesn’t mean that you need to carry weights or run on the thread mill but simple exercise would really make you feel better and it will help you to clear your mind of.

According to reports, exercise would also help you spend lesser hours during labour and would reduce the chances of you having to go through a Cesarean delivery.

If you are not sure where should you start from, then here it is.

Walking

Walking was found to be one of the best exercises during pregnancy as it will not burden your ankles and knees. In your third trimester, it would also help your baby move to your pelvis easily and this will help you during labour a lot. So try walking around the park every evening when as the sun goes down, or in the mornings. If you are a housewife, this exercise will also help you get some time off from the house and you will be able to spend some quality time with your baby.

Dancing

Everybody loves music and music is the one thing which can make your day better right? According to research, there is nothing wrong in dancing while your are pregnant as long as you know your limits. Sway slowly to your favourite song and enjoy yourself. Try to move every part of your body slowly. As long as you do not try to be funky and turn around suddenly or try to twirl, then you are perfectly fine.
