Love to experiment with colours especially when it comes to your lips? But it ended up looking like this and wondered why were people staring at you?
Nothing to worry about. It is ok to go wrong the first time as long as we learn from our experiments which colour suits us best. If you are having problems finding out which colour suits you best, then lipstiq is going to help you overcome your lipstick problems.
Know your skin tone well. If you do not know what is your undertone then try this. Turn your arm around and see the colour of your veins in front of a mirror. If you find your veins blue in colour, then you have blue undertones and your skin tone is cool. If it appears to be more green, then you have yellow undertones and your skin tone is warm.
Darker skinned people would look better in brighter shades whereas if you have a pale skin, then lighter colours would suit you best.
Once that is done, then start applying your lipstick. Choose the correct colour as advised above and apply it evenly. Remember to stay within the edges as you do not want your lipstick to end up all over your mouth. Rub your upper lip and lower lip together once its done.
If you want your lipstick to last all day long, then start of by using a lip liner as the base coat. Choose the colour of your liner wisely. Light colours or a nude lip liner will do the trick. The problem pops up when you end up using liners which are darker than your lipstick. That is when your lips will look like you have overused the lipstick. Start at the centre of the upper lip and work your way outwards.
After that is done, rub a little lip gloss and that will do you do the trick of having sexy looking lips. Remember not to apply lip gloss like the way you apply lipstick as this can make your lips look and feel extremely heavy. Just apply a little bit at the centre of your lips and rub your lips together again and see the glow you will get. Rub of the excess of the lip products from your skin using a tissue paper.
Try it and see if it works out for you!
