In another bizarre local news..
Recently, a controversial Instagram promotion has been circulating around the internet, in which it contains stolen stills of Malaysian’s favourite pop star, Datuk Siti Nurhaliza and her devoted husband, Datuk Khalid, posing for a sexual stimulant pill advert with a fake article claiming that Siti and her husband live by the tablets.
Upon learning of the scoop, Datuk Siti Nurhaliza Tarudin who is understandably shocked and enraged, wants to sue the trader who was brave enough to illegally use photos of the pair and make it seem like the songstress has endorsed the product.
To make things worse, the advertisement claims to help with infertility and erectile dysfunction, which is considered as a condemnation to the pair’s current reproducing situation, as it is well known by the locals that Datuk Siti and her husband allegedly are not able to generate an offspring.
Datuk Siti stated, “I am warning the trader to stop using our names and photos to sell the product as we have never used the product. We won’t think twice about taking legal action if the trader continues using our names and photos to sell the product.”
The sex stimulants are sold at between RM150 and RM200 per bottle, and are being shipped overseas as well. Talk about making some instant moolah! We hope this case will be settled soon, as it is just so wrong for these so called traders to use erroneous marketing strategy and cyber bully celebrities for their own benefit.
