Father’s Day is almost here! It’s a time to celebrate all the wonderful things about fatherhood. Whether you’re trying to find the perfect Father’s Day gift, planning a fancy dinner, or even just giving them a call, everyone celebrates Father’s Day in their own way. Naturally, I had to think about the best way to pay homage to all the daddies out there… which was surprisingly easy. Today, I will be ranking some Marvel dads that are certifiably DILFs!
Tony Stark, Iron Man
Tony Stark was already giving major zaddy energy before he became a dad. A devoted father, he always made sure his family came first, and he was always present for his daughter, Morgan. Throughout the movies, you can see that he’s always had a soft spot for kids, and men who are great with kids are *chefs kiss*. Plus, he’s an inventor, so you KNOW he’s good with his hands! He’s 3000% DILF!
Scott Lang, Ant Man
When I first heard about Ant Man, I gotta be honest, I wasn’t that intrigued by him. But after seeing the movies, I’ve become quite a big fan of Scott Lang. His main priority was always to keep his daughter, Cassie, safe. Though he did save the world, his goal was always to better himself so that he could reunite with his daughter. Also… as we saw in the Avenger movies, he can get really big, like, REALLY BIG. You can interpret that however you want.
Vision
Since he’s technically created by Tony Stark, he definitely inherited some dad qualities, and it shows. In WandaVision, he’s proven to be an attentive and loving father to his twins, even before they were born. And the way he takes cares of Wanda is a big plus. He can fly, he can disguise himself, and he has superhuman strength, and have you seen his ass in that suit?
Howard Stark
Granted, he wasn’t a great father to Tony. He was neglectful towards his son and was always focusing his attention on Stark Industries. And I hate to be that b*tch… but DAMN he was hot when he was young. What can I say? He’s smart, charming, and also has a playboy vibe to him. 10/10 would hit that.
Clint Barton, Hawkeye
Ignoring the fact that he went berserk and killed a bunch of people after Avengers: Infinity War, he was always a family man. He also tried to retire from the superhero life to be present for his family. His story arc through Endgame showed that his kids will always be his priority. Not to mention he’s good at a lot of weaponry and has GREAT aim, which is always a plus in my book.
Hank Pym
Though it’s still debatable whether or not Hank Pym was a good father to Hope when she was growing up, he redeemed himself when he finally let his daughter become who she was always meant to be – a kickass superhero! Yes, at this age, he’s closer to a granddaddy than a zaddy, but hey, there’s a person for everyone. And you might be surprised at the amount of people thirsting for this silver fox.
Drax the Destroyer
If you wanna f*ck an appropriately-sized alien with some gorgeous muscles, f*ck Drax the Destroyer. Though we never got the chance to meet Drax’s wife and daughter, it’s clear throughout the Guardians of The Galaxy movies he still loves them a lot. They’re the reason he’s so determined to take down Ronan the Accuser, Thanos, and the Children of Thanos for killing his family! So yes, he can destroy me.
Thanos
What that purple d*ck do? Kidding! Yeah, he’s one of the worst fathers in the MCU and it’s clear that he has no love for his daughters. And I can’t believe I’m saying this, but he’s too big. Although he’s a big no no for me, I can still see people thirsting over this purple giant, probably because of his magic fingers that snapped half of all life in the universe.
