Maroon Five frontman, Adam Levine and his supermodel wife, Behati Prinsloo have listed their 1930s-era LA home for $57.5 million. Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner sold the 9,000-square-foot mansion on three acres to Adam and Behati for $32 million in 2018. Since 2012, Levine has flipped at least seven properties, making him one of the most prolific celebrity home flippers.
2. The Seinfelds sold their Colorado ski home
Jerry and Jessica Seinfeld’s 14,260-square-foot Colorado ski property has been sold for $14 million. They bought the $7.55 million 11-bedroom mansion on 27 acres in 2007. Both Seinfelds enjoy skiing.
3. The mansion from Taylor Swift’s Blank Space music Video
When Taylor Swift shot her Blank Space video in 2014, she was busy buying up nearly a whole NYC block, with Long Island’s Winfield Hall serving as one of the exquisite settings. 5. Brooke Shields’ Pacific Palisades home is up for sale for $7.4 million
Brooke Shields began her modelling and acting career when she was just 11 months old, starring in an Ivory Soap ad. She is a New York native who splits her time between a townhouse in the West Village and a holiday home in The Hamptons with her husband, TV writer Chris Henchy. She also owned a property in Pacific Palisades, where she and her ex husband, tennis player Andre Agassi, resided. Brooke just sold her property in Pacific Palisades for $7.4 million.

Drake wasn’t so popular back in 2009, and he didn’t have nearly enough money to buy a $27 million LA house with the city’s largest privately owned pool. Drake kept a snapshot of the house on his computer as inspiration, which he would view every time he logged on. Drake was able to purchase the mansion for less than $8 million in 2015, and he then added several more homes to his portfolio. The estate is currently on the market for $22.2 million.
7. Steven Seagal earns $7 million for his ranch in California
Tough-guy Steven Seagal’s Northern California property was sold for $7 million. The cattle ranch and nature preserve is located on a 5,329-acre property with seven lakes, a 14,000-square-foot white pine log home, and expansive mountain vistas. Seagal has numerous properties in the United States, including one in Arizona that is bulletproof. He’s been chastised recently because of his links to Russia.
8. Soho loft sale by Bethenny Frankel
Bethenny Frankel has a lot on her plate – she had appeared on eight seasons of Bravo’s Real Housewives of New York and headlined several of her own projects, including The Big Shot with Bethenny, after finishing second on The Apprentice: Martha Stewart. Her 4,000-square-foot Soho loft, which she just sold for $7 million, was also recently renovated.
9. Former Jeff Gordon’s home is worth $36 million
When Jeff Gordon sold his South Florida house for $13.3 million in 2003, he may have been a little too fast. The property, which is 16,000 sq ft, just sold for $36 million. Except for an auto museum that the most recent owner installed to the waterfront property, the six-bedroom mansion sold completely furnished.
10. The Greenwich Village condo of Jon Bon Jovi has been sold
Jon Bon Jovi has a keen eye for expensive real estate, as seen by his $20 million property in New Jersey. Jon just sold his Greenwich Village condo for $22 million, making it even more pricey. He paid almost $19 million for the 4,000-square-foot property in 2017.
