Growing up, we are constantly bombarded with the idea of the ‘perfect body’. For girls, you are somehow expected to have all the fat in the right places by the time you’re 18. You need to have perky boobs that are just the right size, a small waist, and a butt that’s not too big but also not too flat. Well, I’m here to tell you that those standards are all bullsh*t. The beauty standard is f*cked and no opinion matters more than the opinion you have of yourself. As the president of the itty bitty titty community, I am here to tell you that small boobs are the best! Here are some style tips that you can SLAY with your small chest!
Accentuate Other Parts Of Your Body
If you’re looking to draw attention away from your chest, the best way to do this is to accentuate the other parts of your body that you’re comfortable in. Personally, I like to draw attention to my collar bones, or my waist. So if you have some nice shoulders or a perky butt, don’t be afraid to show them off!
Tube tops
Whoever said girls with small chests can’t wear tube tops are WRONG! Tube tops are great for small chested girls because they have a straight neck line. These are great because you don’t have to worry about not having cleavage and look hot at the same time! But, if you feel a bit self-conscious about wearing these, feel free to pair them with a cardigan or layer them with some mesh material. The options are endless!
Oversized Clothing
The best thing about having a small chest is that you don’t have to worry about altering the shape of any clothing item. Since your boobs aren’t in the way, you’ll look bomb AF if you’re wearing an oversized tee or sweater! Personally, I absolutely adore wearing oversized tees with something tight at the bottom, or just go with a flared skirt. But you can also layer baggy on baggy, which is also one of my favs!
Fitted Clothing (Go a size small)
The most common problem that we gotta deal with is finding tops that actually fit us. So, if you wanna rock bustier or corset tops, you gotta find something that perfectly cups your boobs. I recommend going a size smaller, so that your tops compliment your chest size and shape, creating a super flattering look. Plus, no need to worry about your strapless tops slipping down, because they’re literally clinging to your body like tape.
Go braless
This might be a daring option for the small boobed girlies, but you can totally go braless! This is great if you’re going for backless tops or tops with an open front. Unless you’re going for a ‘nipples through a t-shirt’ look, make sure to get some pasties and some fitted tops so that you can avoid a nip-slip situation!
