There is this tendency for us to self-sabotage in a way which could lead to destruction. We may not realise that we’ve developed self-destructive habits that may be rooted in past trauma. These habits will surely lead you over a cliff if you don’t make a change immediately.

Not expressing your opinion is the same as dismissing your emotions as unimportant. Instead of keeping your feelings hidden, express them. Alone On An Island
Keeping yourself apart from all means of communication can severely drain your spirits. Sitting alone with your thoughts can only make you feel worse. Distancing yourself from individuals who genuinely care about you will damage the link you’ve formed with them over time. It’s essential that we all have good relationships with the people we care about, and that we never distance ourselves from those who care about us.
Let Loose The Limbs
As enjoyable as it is to lie down all day, it will just add to the sorrow you are suffering. Lacking energy to move, such as stretching or even walking, can lower your spirits and make your body feel exhausted. Go outside and breathe some fresh air to reconnect with your body and improve your spirits – even if it’s only for a few minutes.
You Could Care
Other people will have power over your life if you cease exercising your own judgment, or deciding your own direction. To begin taking care of yourself, you must first begin to care about what happens to you in your life. Because, let’s face it, no one cares more about you than you do. Putting your attentions and energy on yourself will have a greater impact on your life than you may realise.
