You know what’s so fun about makeup? You can experiment with it however you like! It’s an exciting and creative medium for anyone, regardless of age, gender and skin tone, to play with. It’s like art, but your face is the canvas.
Makeup, especially eyeshadows and eyeliners, comes in different textures and colours that you can mix and match to your heart’s content. So, with that being said, here are some eyeshadow and eyeliner colour combo inspos that you should totes try for your next makeup journey!
Purple & Green
If you wish to opt for purple and green all across your eyes, then you would be serving some Green Goblin vibes – and who doesn’t want to be the most iconic villain in Marvel? Putting the colour lilac on your eyelids gives you a softer and more delicate kind of look. However, adding a pop of green will totally shift the soft vibe to a more vibrant and bold one!
Purple & Orange
Purple and orange? A complete and utter fave of mine. Two unique colours that marry so beautifully on your eyes that will just stun the people around you. There are a number of ways that you can put these two colours together on your eyes, and they will give the same breathtaking effect.
Blue & Orange
Another colour combo that you should have a go at is blue and orange. Instead of adding a subtle touch of colour to your eyes, why not just go big? Blue and orange pair amazingly well together and they wouldn’t look off at all. The vibrant electric blue will definitely stick out against the orange hue and it’s like the best pairing ever.
Blue & Yellow
Blue and yellow are the most conventional colour combos of them all – but who cares, as long as you get to have fun! Two primary colours joining forces to complete a stunning eye look is a need at this point – and we should all give it a go. Plus, it’s giving some comic book Wolverine vibes and we are totally onboard with it.
Brown & Yellow
As much as it is super easy to just go for your neutrals and browns, it’s gradually getting kind of boring. It’s a staple, I get it, so we can’t neglect our brown shades. Which is why you should totally pair it with yellow! Such a bright and playful colour to add to your peepers – and matching it with browns will blend the colour seamlessly.
Pink & Red
The most flirtatious and fun way to play with adding eyeshadow and eyeliner on your eyes is to marry pink and red. Super adorable and the colours just go so well with each other. You should definitely try this colour combo for next year’s Valentine’s Day to have your partner (or potential partner) be completely awestruck by you.
