1. Lemon and Epsom salt
Ingredients — Epsom salt, Peppermint essential oil, Olive oil, Mint tea, Lemon juice, and a bowl of hot water
Instructions — In a bowl of hot water, add all the ingredients, and soak the feet for 15 minutes. Then, rinse them with water, and remove the dead skin cells from the surface using a pumice stone. Olive oil and Epsom salt is one of the best ways to fix feet issues and relieve the pain in them.

2. Salt Detox Bath
Ingredients — 2 cups of baking soda, 1 cup of sea salt, 1 cup of Epsom salt and Essential oils (optional)

3. Oxygen Detox Bath
Ingredients — 1 tbsp. of dried ginger powder, 2 cups of hydrogen peroxide
Instructions — Put hot water in your tub and then add the ingredients. Put your feet to soak in it for 30 minutes. Your allergies and skin irritations will be gone, alongside with the toxins!
