The official trailer for the fourth Insidious film just dropped, and it’s about to give Insidious fans a whole lot of background on Elise Rainier’s past.
While Lin Shaye will reprise her role as Elise, Hana Hayes will be playing Elise as a teenager, when she encounters the skeletal apparition in her own home. And the new unsettling entity to the Insidious franchise? A creature with keys on its fingertips to turn off the screams of its victims.
The keys clearly serve a purpose, but what else can they unlock? And why doesn’t the older Elise have any memory of her previous encounter?
