If you weren’t already aware, e-hailing services such as Grab and Uber have been made legal within Malaysia recently, and now, there’s another taxi-booking app to download for easier commutes – PICKnGO.
While it has only launched in the Klang Valley thus far, PICKnGO, which is the brainchild of five major taxi companies, aims to have at least 10,000 licensed taxi drivers registered.
Passengers who use PICKnGO can choose to pay via debit or credit cards, including the MPAY Mastercard prepaid card, aside from using cash itself. Soon, MPAY users will also be rewarded with exciting offers via the PICKnGO app.
As far as safety is concerned, PICKnGO has fused features such as an SOS button, the ability to access the driver’s profile to follow them on an interactive map, on top of a vehicle inspection with insurance.
