Filmmaker Darren Aronofsky is back at it again with a psychological horror flick similar to 2010’s Black Swan, and this time, his latest project, Mother!, features his own girlfriend, Jennifer Lawrence.
The first full trailer has just been revealed, and it showcases unsettling imagery, made far worse by the menacing score by Icelandic composer Jóhann Jóhannsson. Mother! tells a story about a couple at home who is disrupted by two unexpected houseguests (Ed Harris and Michelle Pfeiffer), before Lawrence and her husband begin to experience strange visions.
Mother! opens in Malaysian cinemas September 13 2017.
