Remember when they were first spotted together at the Sundance Film Festival in 2007?
Lovers and haters alike had a lot to say about the unlikely couple way back when. Then, the on-again, off-again couple Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel broke up briefly in March 2011 and the world of “JT fans” was saved (they stopped crying rivers).
Until they reconciled not too long ago (cue crying rivers).
And now, word on the street, on the interwebs, and across many “papers” is rampantly reporting that Justin might have proposed to Jessica late December 2011 on a mountaintop in Jackson, Wyoming. They say that it’s supposed to be a “secret engagement” and that the couple is still waiting for the right time to make a formal announcement.
But here’s the thing, according to Us Weekly, sources close to the A-list couple are coming forward to comment (and sort of affirming) the rumour. One source said, “When they reunited, they had a conversation about taking the next step. Justin knows how much she loves snowboarding and the mountains, so it was the perfect place. He knew it was the right time to propose”.
Aww. How does a girl say no to a romantic proposal in a winter setting anyway, right?
Well, if had to take Justin Timberlake four years, several makeups and breakups, and some ups and downs before putting finally a ring on it then we guess we’re only too darn happy that he has finally realized who his leading lady really is. Sigh.
Still waiting for a confirmation stamp from either party’s reps or publicists though so don’t sweat it yet, JT fans!
