Please, please, please let us get what we want. An animated revival of Magic School Bus may already be in the works, but that hasn’t stopped fans from hoping for a live-action adaptation of the beloved childrens’ TV show (and educational book series).
And who would they like to see hop behind the wheel of the titular vehicle as the iconic Ms. Frizzle? None other than Emmy nominee and Black-ish actress Tracee Ellis Ross, of course.
The 44-year-old actress has definitely heard the unbridled requests for her to play Ms. Frizzle in a live-action version of Magic School Bus. The buzz began back in May when a Twitter user Josh Gwynn first suggested that she’d make the perfect version of the teacher.
…now what's this I hear about some of you wanting me to play Ms. Frizzle on The Magic School Bus? Tell me more…

While this may seem like the internet’s wishful thinking at the moment, it is important to note that the last time people excitedly tweeted about Rihanna and Lupita Nyong’o costarring in a movie together — and A Wrinkle In Time filmmaker Ava DuVernay should direct it along with Issa Rae as the screenwriter — it became a reality.
ok so make this happen like y'all did with the rihanna/lupita thing. gon head get that fan art poppin https://t.co/7KJZghYjob
