The holy month of Ramadhan revolves around reflection and togetherness. Consequently, Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur’s signature dining venue Latest Recipe is embracing traditions with the Serambi Juadah Warisan Desa buffet dinner that is running from 27 May to 24 June 2017.
Showcasing a slew of mouthwatering traditional Malaysian favourites helmed by Latest Recipe’s Chef Budiman, diners can expect appetisers such as kerabu, daging bakar, acar, pecal, ulam, bubur lambuk berempah Mikerhani, the crowd favourite kerabu ayam with shredded mango and the flavourful acar ikan masin – Chef Budiman’s heirloom recipe – to start.
No Ramadhan buffet is complete without a main attraction and Chef Budiman’s roasted lamb bathed in abundant spices takes centrestage alongside other dishes like kuah lemak kepiting bunga kantan, rendang ayam pencen, gulai lemak merah, daging panggang rempah arab, asam pedas, ikan bakar air asam and seafood.
Aside from Malay food, those keen can savour Japanese fare in the likes of sushi, fresh sashimi and tempura or Mediterranean selections including kebab and kofta. Live stations for pasta, udon, teppanyaki and delicious soup noodles further spiff up the offerings.
The desserts themselves are in a class of their own as over 30 variations comprising fresh fruit, cakes, pastries, tidbits, roti jala with serawa durian, waffles, pancakes, putu mayam and other sweet delicacies ornament that domain at Serambi Juadah Warisan Desa.
The Serambi Juadah Warisan Desa buffet dinner is available from Mondays to Sundays at Latest Recipe, Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur, from 27 May to 24 June 2017 for RM180 nett per adult and RM90 nett per child. Early bird vouchers at RM130 nett per adult and RM65 nett per child are also on sale until 20 May 2017.
