ColourPop is joining forces with Alexis Ren and you cannot imagine how happy we are! Clearly a rising star, the collaboration with Instagram’s favourite beauty department, ColourPop, makes total sense as an Instagram-friendly move for the Instagram model.
Thanks to her goal worthy beachside photos, the model has ruled Instagram with over 7.7 million followers. Not sure who she is? If you’re a fan of the Chainsmokers, you might have seen Alexis Ren as she scored the starring role in their latest music video for Paris.
The collaboration has multiple lippies, like the all-new Blotted Lip formula and an amazing palette that holds a Pressed Powder bronzer and highlight shade.
Obviously, fans are most excited about the Blotted Lip as the brand-spanking-new lip product will give your lips a simultaneously matte and sheer finish. It works like a moisturizing lip stain that gives your lips a subtle wash of color. The Blotted Lip will be available in three everyday shades Lexi, Deja Vu and Exotic ranging from true red, rose red to poppy red colours for $5 each.
As for the Pressed Powder eye shadows contouring palette, this is is the first time ColourPop is offering a highlighter and a bronzer in finely milled pressed pigment form. Available in two shades, Sculpting Stix as well as The Topaz Palette, each item will be priced at $15.
Not forgetting the cult’s favorite lip product, the Ultra Matte liquid lipstick, which Lipstiq’s editor will definitely treasure, will comes in a new poppy red shade called Little Weapon. There’s also an Ultra Satin liquid lipstick in a peachy pink called Bare Necessities. Both will be $6 each.
