They say that the 80s and 90s will make a huge comeback in the fashion world this year. And Topshop takes the lead in doing just that.
Femininity dramatizes the details this season – soft frills and delicate ruffles are worked into pretty tea dresses, and blouses are given high tie-necks. English Garden floral prints exudes a vintage appeal and are a mix of scales in this collection. A graphic edge is also found through old-school boating stripes and ginghams.

Baseball caps, and bumbags look back on the raves of the nineties, and will transport you to next year’s festivals.
An undercurrent of the 80s bubbles away through retro floral prints with a psychedelic intensity and play of graphic colour-blocking. With colour-pop tailoring and latex/patent rain macs, little is spared of this bold statement.
Contrasting shapes modernise this version of the ‘80s, swathed blouses and slinky draped dresses are paired with shrink-wrap spandex and latex disco pants while bell sleeves and relaxed longline jersey tops lay over flared pleated trousers and A-line midi skirts.
