Christmas in Malaysia has always been everyone’s favourite time of the year, mainly because it is the time to spend your hard earned money, wisely if you must, on marvellous festive deals and treats, whereby you can probably score five tops for only RM100 if you’re really lucky.

1. APW Bangsar Christmas Market
APW, also known as Art Printing Works, is a repurposed industrial space located in the heart of Bangsar, converted from a commercial printing plant. This year, APW will be hosting its very first Christmas Market, hosting multiple food and shopping vendors, activities, alongside performances ranging from pantomimes, to carolling. Also, don’t miss out on musical performances by special guests, So, I’m Jenn & Jon Liddell that will rock your holiday on the last day of the Christmas Market.

2. Amazin’ Christmas Charity Market
Amazin’ Graze is well known for making healthy snacking a mainstream option. And now, the homegrown company is giving back by throwing a charity Christmas Market, jam-packed with great food and various lifestyle brands offering candles, beauty products and jewelleries. Each participating vendor, namely Amazin’ Graze, Cooked, Llaollao, Mangolicious, Accidental Bakers, Rawsome amongst many more, will donate 20% of their total sales to Jalan Imbi’s refugee school.

4. Dr Inc Christmas Night Market
Everyone is aware that the real nightmare before Christmas is the curse (or gift, depends on your budget) of shopping. Why waste time in the hassle of a crowded mall when you can hop over to DR.Inc’s Christmas Night-Market? The bazaar returns with featuring the likes of Dani (yoga & lifestyle apparel), Gerai OA (indigenous handicrafts), Real.m (Peshtemals- Turkish towels) and more, in addition to the local’s favourite food vendors.

Hosted at Dr. Inc as well, the Organic Christmas Food Market, organised by Nala Designs, is the right place to be if you’re looking to end the year on a healthy note. Food vendors will be present with only the healthiest, most tasty food for all guests. The market will also feature live music, workshops, Christmas gift exchanges, gift wrapping stations as well as a bikini sale down the street.
